An Dieying Project Manager will be assigned to guide the project and ensure key target dates and project goals are met. The Project Manager will keep you fully informed of progress and ensure all stages of the project are completed to the agreed project Scope of Work.

Project Management / Systems Consulting projects will usually require one of our Professional Project Managers to prepare for your organization a detailed statement of work (SOW) and estimate broken down by the hour or day, depending on the scale and complexity of the project proposed.
